Complete your application for the Fall 2026 cohort.
If you're on this page, it means you've had a conversation with our team and you're ready to take the next step. We're glad you're here.
This is the full application for the Worldview Institute Fall 2026 cohort. It takes most students 20–30 minutes to complete, but you’ll need a few things gathered before you begin. Scroll down to the checklist before you start so nothing slows you down halfway through.
The cohort is capped at 20 students. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, which means earlier submissions receive priority consideration for apprenticeship placements and host family matching.
Have these ready before you start. You’ll need to upload them at the end.
Your personal testimony — a written statement sharing your faith journey. There’s no required length or format. Write it the way you’d tell the story to someone you just met.
High school transcripts — an unofficial copy is fine for the initial review. Official transcripts will be requested upon acceptance.
A Pastoral or Personal Letter of Reference — from a pastor, youth leader, or trusted adult who can speak to your character and faith.
A Work Reference Letter — from a current or former employer, coach, or supervisor who can speak to your work ethic and reliability. If you haven’t held a formal job, a coach, mentor, or ministry leader works.
Tip: Give your references at least two weeks’ notice. Let them know what WVI is and why you’re applying — a specific, personal reference letter is far more helpful than a generic one.
