Fall 2026 — Now Accepting Applications

The Conversation Was Just the Beginning. Here's Your Next Step.

Complete your application for the Fall 2026 cohort.

If you're on this page, it means you've had a conversation with our team and you're ready to take the next step. We're glad you're here.

This is the full application for the Worldview Institute Fall 2026 cohort. It takes most students 20–30 minutes to complete, but you’ll need a few things gathered before you begin. Scroll down to the checklist before you start so nothing slows you down halfway through.

The cohort is capped at 20 students. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, which means earlier submissions receive priority consideration for apprenticeship placements and host family matching.

Before You Begin — Checklist

Have these ready before you start. You’ll need to upload them at the end.

Your personal testimony — a written statement sharing your faith journey. There’s no required length or format. Write it the way you’d tell the story to someone you just met.

High school transcripts — an unofficial copy is fine for the initial review. Official transcripts will be requested upon acceptance.

A Pastoral or Personal Letter of Reference — from a pastor, youth leader, or trusted adult who can speak to your character and faith.

A Work Reference Letter — from a current or former employer, coach, or supervisor who can speak to your work ethic and reliability. If you haven’t held a formal job, a coach, mentor, or ministry leader works.

Tip: Give your references at least two weeks’ notice. Let them know what WVI is and why you’re applying — a specific, personal reference letter is far more helpful than a generic one.

Application Form

About You

Basic contact and background information. This takes about two minutes.

Your Faith

These questions help us understand where you are in your walk with Christ. There are no right or wrong answers — we're looking for honesty, not perfection. Take your time.

Your Story

Tell us who you are, what you've done, and what you're hoping to build. Be specific. Generic answers tell us very little. Specific ones tell us everything.

Your Priorities

A short reflection exercise to help us understand how you think about the Christian life. This isn't a test — it's a conversation starter that we'll return to during your interview.

Your Documents

Upload your four required documents here. Accepted formats: PDF, Word, or JPG. Maximum file size: 10MB each.

Please upload a written statement.
Unofficial is accepted.

Final Review

A few housekeeping items before you submit.

  • Review before you submit. Once your application is received, our admissions team will review it within 5–7 business days and reach out to schedule your formal interview.

  • A note on the interview: The interview is a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll talk through your application together, ask a few follow-up questions, and give you and your family a final chance to ask us anything before a decision is made.

  • If you have questions before submitting, email us at [email protected] or call (717) 340-2075. We're happy to help.
