These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Worldview Institute website, including any pages, forms, portals, and

services offered through it (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

NOTICE: These Terms include binding arbitration, a class action

waiver, and limits on liability.

1. Who We Are

Worldview Institute (“WVI,” “we,” “us”) provides a Christian educational program and related services, including event registration (such as Open House), application intake, downloadable resources, partner inquiries, and communications (the “Services”).

2. Updates to the Site and Terms

We may modify the Site, Services, or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use means you accept the changes.

3. Eligibility

The Site is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with a parent or legal guardian’s consent and

involvement. Program eligibility and admissions decisions are determined by WVI and may be updated.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of information as described there.

5. Communications and SMS

If you submit your email or phone number, you agree we may contact you regarding your inquiry, registration, application, and related program updates. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS: Where disclosed at the point of collection (e.g., a form), providing your phone number and submitting the form constitutes consent to

receive texts from WVI. Message frequency varies. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

6. Event Registration (Including Open House)

You agree that registration information will be accurate. Event details may change, and WVI may reschedule, modify, or cancel events if

necessary.

7. Applications and Submissions

If you submit applications, essays, references, uploads, or other materials (“Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to provide them and that they are accurate.

You grant WVI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use. Submissions for admissions review, program administration, partner/apprenticeship coordination, and recordkeeping consistent with our Privacy Policy. WVI does not guarantee admission, placement, or

outcomes.

8. Faith-Based Program Standards

WVI is a Christian program. Participation in certain Services or program activities may require agreement with WVI’s Statement of Faith and

community expectations as posted on the Site.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and materials) is owned by or licensed to WVI and protected by law. You may access or

download materials only for personal, non-commercial use unless we provide written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not:

● use the Site unlawfully or harmfully;

● interfere with security or operation;

● attempt unauthorized access;

● upload malware;

● scrape or crawl without permission;

● misrepresent identity or submit false information;

● collect others’ personal data without consent;

● post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. WVI is not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices.

12. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WVI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WVI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WVI and its personnel and partners from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law (excluding conflict-of-law rules), except where federal law applies.

16. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

a) Informal Resolution. Contact us first with a written description of the issue and requested relief.

b) Arbitration. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA before a single arbitrator under applicable rules.

c) No Class Actions. Claims must be brought individually. The arbitrator cannot hear class or representative claims.

d) Exceptions. Small claims court (if eligible) and injunctive relief for IP misuse or security issues are allowed.

17. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically (email, portal notices, or postings on the Site).

18. Entire Agreement; Severability

These Terms are the entire agreement regarding Site use. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
