Through a series of dynamic courses and engaging activities, you will:
Discover your professional identity: Explore what truly energizes you, understand your unique strengths and needs, and refine your communication style.
Master interview skills: Practice your interviewing techniques and connect with businesses in our professional network.
Engage and grow: Participate in team-building, community-building, and skill-building activities that foster collaboration, leadership development, and personal growth.
Coursework: Participate in courses that will challenge your thinking and grow your capacity to understand how to take every thought captive to Christ throughout their educational experiences.
Throughout the program, you'll have the option to apply these courses toward college credit in partnership with CHI and SEU!

During your second semester, your learning will take on a more integrated shape. Courses will meet two days a week, allowing you to begin a three-day-a-week apprenticeship in your chosen career field. This balance of classroom learning and real-world experience is designed to help you pursue what is true, good, and beautiful in every area of life.
Through this semester's unique structure, you will:
Gain Real-World Experience: Participate in a three-day-a-week apprenticeship with a local Christian business, gaining hands-on training and invaluable insights into a career path that aligns with your unique gifts.
Conduct a Research Project: As a key requirement, you'll conduct an in-depth research project on your apprenticeship business, applying classroom learning to a real-world setting.
Develop Career-Ready Skills: Through our courses, you'll be provided with the tools and resources towards developing goals for personal and professional success. You'll also learn the foundations of business, leadership, and professional communication.
