For the apprenticeship portion of the program, students will work within a local Christian owned and operated business to learn about the mission and structure of the business in which they are serving and develop both technical and interpersonal skills needed to achieve competence, confidence, and a sense of professionalism. Additionally, students will be encouraged to develop and utilize the interpersonal skills taught within the coursework to demonstrate accountability, a “can do” attitude, a positive work ethic, and contribute to the overall success of the business with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Through our strategic partnership with CHI and SEU students can obtain upto 9 practicum credits in their field of interest through participation in our paid apprenticeship programs!
